WHEN WE FIRST STARTED OUT AT INSTINCT ELECTRICAL WE WANTED TO HAVE A UNIQUE FACTOR THAT MADE US A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR AVERAGE TRADESMEN.
We therefore constructed a survey for our current clients asking them what were positives and negatives about tradesmen that they liked and disliked. Two stood out, that tradesmen are never on time and there was always mess left behind. We decided from that day onwards to excel in our scheduling and time management skills so we are there when we say we will be. We have installed vacuum cleaners in all our vans with each job cleaned and left exactly how it was when we walked through the door.
These are very simple elements of Instinct Electrical but in the early days it made us stand out from the other guys and to this day we pride ourselves on clean, tidy and on time!
