He has extensive knowledge with a high level of product and application knowledge.

Kirt is responsible for the preparation of tender submissions, estimating and business administration including the financial and systems development aspects of the business.

Due to demand in services, business growth has been essential leading Kirt to create further divisions within the company's structure. This has given Kirt the ability to provide and allocate specialised staff to each of the divisions, Construction, Automation and Service.

Instinct Electrical identify great importance to Occupational Health & Safety, maintaining high levels of safety and training for all the staff. Kirt believes it is essential that all our staff are constantly upgrading their skills and product knowledge and application with courses and training.

Nathan Pike is a qualified Electrician with 7 years experience in the industry.

He has experience in estimating, project management & site management. Nathan's qualifications are Security Industry License, Electrical Contractors License and Master Cabler.

Nathan is responsible for the site operations of all home automation services, security alarm, CCTV, access control & audio visual.

On site Nathan is responsible for site safety and OH&S issues.

Simon has 18 years experience as a qualified Electrician.

He has a comprehensive knowledge of the commercial and residential construction market. Simon has developed experience in estimating, site management, contract management & project management. He holds a Contractors License.

Simon is responsible for the site operations of construction projects. This includes delivery of prospects within time and budget. He is responsible for site safety of our staff and any visitor. He is also responsible for the implementation of our OH&S Management Plan.

We can draw on his years of experience to offer solutions to meet time and budget constraints.

With previous involvement within the construction and architectural sectors, Sarah brings valuable experience in managing business administration. Her role includes contributing to points of contact, streamlining the service provided to clients & team scheduling.
